Attorney at law Sanja Vukina was elected for the sixth time in a row as a member of the Council of the European Patent Institute as a representative of the patent attorneys of the Republic of Croatia, for the 2023 to 2026 term.

The European Patent Institute is an institute of professional representatives before the European Patent Office representing all European Patent Attorneys. The European Patent Institute primarily deals with the development and implications of patent law, where it is at the forefront of patent law development and regularly issues legal opinions and highly specialized advice in the field of patent law.

The 94th Council meeting, where the validity of the election of members was confirmed, was held on May 2 and 3, 2023 in Malmö.
