Attorney at law

Lawyer Dino Komadina provides daily legal support to clients in various areas of business, as well as specialized legal assistance to domestic and foreign clients in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, real estate, foreign investments, and banking and finance.

Dino has participated in mergers and acquisitions, FIDIC construction contracts, insolvency law, and the capital markets. Dino advises clients on commercial law, corporate governance, and company restructuring, and represents clients in litigation proceedings.
