Mislav Vukina specializes in intellectual property law, commercial law, data protection law, competition law as well as land registry and construction law. He represents clients in court and administrative proceedings in these areas of practice. Mislav also advises and provides legal support to clients in drafting contracts related to construction law, intellectual property, and other related commercial agreements.

Additionally, Mislav advises and guides clients on compliance with applicable data protection regulations, particularly companies operating in the pharmaceutical and information technology sectors.

He is a certified patent attorney and a registered representative for trademarks, industrial designs, geographical indications, designations of origin for goods and services, and semiconductor topographies before the State Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Croatia. He places particular focus on representation and legal counsel in patent disputes in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
