Fran Vukina primarily deals with commercial law, company law and banking and financial law. Fran provides comprehensive counsel on corporate financial matters and regularly advises banks and investment funds on project and acquisition financing, as well as in insolvency and restructuring matters.

During his work, Fran had experience advised clients from different sectors and drafting complex commercial agreements.

Fran also advises on company law issues, including mergers, acquisitions, and divisions of companies. Fran also advises clients in the energy sector on regulatory matters, with a particular focus on renewable energy.

Fran is a licensed court interpreter for English and German.
