Senior Associate Martin Labaš provides daily legal support to clients in various areas of business, but primarily deals with commercial, corporate law and financial law matters. Martin advises clients regarding business in the real estate sector, drafts legal advice in the areas of commercial and corporate law, and contracts in several areas of law. Martin represents clients in litigation proceedings in civil and commercial law matters, as well as in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings.

Martin gained experience in the field of labor and administrative law, as well as in preparing due diligence reports in share acquisition or project financing matters.
