Attorney-at-law Sonja Borić primarily covers commercial law, assisting clients from a diverse range of industry sectors in commercial relations. She advises clients in day-to-day business matters and provides legal support in all aspects of business activities including the drafting of commercial contracts, contentious as well as non-contentious proceedings and representation in various types of insolvency proceedings. Over the years, Sonja has represented clients in a number of litigation proceedings.
In addition to her work in the field of commercial law, Sonja also advises clients in labor law matters, including representation and participation in negotiations on collective agreements.
Sonja has gained particular experience in advising and assisting clients to comply with new regulation on unfair trading practices in the food supply chain.
