Sonja Borić graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in 2014. During her studies, as part of the International students exchange program “Erasmus” she completed one study semester at the Paris Londron University of Salzburg, Austria. She had also participated in the first European moot court competition on the Convention on human rights and fundamental freedoms and was a part of the organizing team of Model European Union Zagreb conference, a project financed from European funds. Following the completion of her studies, she did an internship at the Permanent Mission of Croatia to the United Nations in New York, after which she spent a year working as an expert associate at the Croatian Institute for Development and International Relations.
In 2016 she started working as a law associate, and in 2018. she joined the law firm Vukina and Partners Ltd. The same year, she passed the bar exam with honours and since 2019 she has been an attorney at law in Law firm Vukina & Partners.
